New Google backlink update but still no PageRank update

This is the 4th Google Dance without any Google Toolbar PageRank update. Google has updated backlinks less than two weeks since the last Google update (31st august) and just few days after Google has modified the toolbar checksum algorithm
Do you think that Google will update the PageRank in the toolbar in the future?
